In Memory of “Nero” A TB and my first horse, who taught me so much about horse ownership. After saving him from near starvation I turned him from a broken down racehorse (who had been quite successful in his day) to a beautiful show horse. He was awarded second place out of 17 TB’s in a led class at Castle Hill Show in NSW. That day was one of the proudest days of my life! Unfortunately all he knew was how to be a racehorse which was too much for my novice level of riding. He was later sold on to a more experienced riding home and lived out the rest of his days there. He is no doubt on horsy heaven by now. R.I.P. Nero, you will always have a place in my heart. I later went on to discover the American Saddlebred breed and so the love affair began……. |

Omega Sensation. (“Orphan Annie”) Half sister to Canyonleigh Too Impetuous. Orphaned at 2 weeks of age, we raised her and showed her at a couple of local shows in Sydney as a yearling. She was later sold to a family as a pleasure horse. |
